I saw your hideous trouble with Bisson and have to ask ---- I'm taking my 2004 GC in for it's first oil change/servicing ----- should I run screaming from this place and seek jeep maintenance elsewhere??!!!

While I had trouble at Bisson because of the reasons above, there is no reason to think that an oil change is something that they can't handle :)

If it were me, I do them all myself unless the dealer does them as part of the purchase price or lease agreement.

Barring that, I'd not go to any dealer for a fee based oil change. Places like Jiffy Lube or your local mechanic are usually cheaper and faster.
